relatively new and modern hotel. full size bathtub. i dont care if it was a love hotel but it definitely look like a good business hotel now. unfortunately its check out time was so early at 10am. probably the only hotel ive been around the world that check out this early and that's why i minus 2 point out of the 10 if you are renting a private car, end your trip with this hotel if your flight is on the next day. you can save money and all the hectic airport transfer.

We got a free room upgrade, which was fantastic! The hotel provided a lot of amenities, so we didn't need to bring any toiletries. It was also a 10 minute walk from the airport, which was fantastic for our early flight.

A member of staff helped with the computerised check in. The room was large and clean - good for an airport stop off. A 7/11 was pretty well next door. The hotel was 5 mins walk from the airport, so we managed this with our cases. We got a taxi to Itami Sky park (and found a bus back) which was a brilliant plane viewing point - but take mossy repellant!

Very convenient for Itami Airport (5 minutes easy walk). Gave us a free upgrade on our room because a better room was available. 7-11 1 minute away. Room was large, well-appointed and very clean.

Can walk easily from hotel. Check in was by a machine, their was no check in staff, but I didn't have any issues checking in, even in English. The room was Large compared to most places I stayed in Japan, the free amenities in the room were nice touches! The room was also extremely clean!

The hotel was very convenient for visiting family in the local area. As we were there for a week we were really pleased with the large size of the room and the comfortable bed.

This is the second time I've stayed at Reftel Hotel. It's a smaller size hotel where the accommodations are nice, especially the large bath area, reminiscent of "old fashion" Japanese bathing facilities where a washing and shower area outside of the deep large bathtub. The staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely order the breakfasts, whether European or Japanese style. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Osaka.

Spacious rooms and large tub and shower area. Very close (10minutes) walking distance to Itami airport. Great for early morning flights and there is a 7/11 close by so can easily grab breakfast or a quick meal to go.

This hotel was one of the cheapest hotels I have ever stayed in in Japan. The location is easy to reach walking from the airport-around 12 min. The staff were very friendly. There was a nice big bath to relax in. The windows have a blinds that you can shut so the rooms are completely dark. Beds were comfortable. I thought it was a great value for the money.
